Subject: Application for setting up an English Language Club.

Sir, 

We beg most respectfully to state that we are the student of your college, would like to inform you that we are learning English in our classes in communicative method (যোগাযোগমূলক পদ্ধতি ). This method is helpful for acquiring for skills of language - listening, speaking, reading and writing. We are very much aware (সচেতন) of the necessity of learning English, and so, we want to devlop these skills. But we have little scope (সুযোগ) for aquiring the speaking and listening skills in the classroom. For this, we need a separate session as well as an environment in order to practice English. A language club is the best solution in this regard. Our English Lecturer, Mr Forhad Hussain Shetu is also interested to guide us in the club to develop our English.

So, under the situation mentioned above, it is our earnest request to pass the order to set up an English Language Club as quickly as possible to continue our studies.
